Round Top Shutters

Did you know that round top shutters are primarily called arched shutters? Arched shutters are custom crafted to fit your round top window. We take the dimensions of your exact window and use our software to design the shutter specially tailored to your window. Each arch is cutout to the dimensions needed and is assembled by our specialty craftsmen, who specialize in only doing round tops. After the shutter panel has been completed, we bend the frame to fit around the shutter in our special oven. We heat the PVC frame to the desired temperature to great a certain softness to bend the frame, often having a small window of opportunity to correctly bend the frame. Once the frame is complete, the shutter panel is put into the frame, which is now ready to be installed in your home.
