Synthetic shutters are made by machine with extremely tight tolerances to help make a better shutter. Each piece is poured into a cast mould designed for every part engineered. We have a consistence product made with just the right amount of material for strengthen and accuracy. All of our products are made to be straight and square. Why would straight and square be important? When considering a wood product the control over the product produced can be difficult. Trying to get a straight and square product may be difficult, plus have you ever seen a perfectly straight tree? We have not either. Synthetic shutters have a control factor that is hard to beat!
